Our school participated in the CNN project Call to Earth with the theme Our Shared Planet. This year, the focus was on the key connection between cities and nature. Our students were actively engaged in various activities to highlight the importance of preserving nature and animals in our city and its surroundings.

First and second-year students built and placed bird feeders in visible places, giving sparrows and pigeons easy access to food. This nature conservation action directly contributes to the survival of birds in urban areas.

Year 3 students explored the local forest, saw sparrows, pigeons, and squirrels, and then created signs and posters to raise awareness of the importance of protecting animals and their natural habitat.

Year 4 researched and wrote newspaper articles on the challenges facing our city’s wildlife, while year 5 students used the collected recyclable waste to create impressive animal sculptures, showing how waste can be turned into art and beauty.

Year 6 students were involved in cleaning the local forest, compiling a video report on the state of the environment, and emphasizing the importance of nature protection. Their message “Stop littering” clearly indicates the need for common care and responsibility towards the preservation of our natural environment.

We are proud of our students who have shown dedication and concern for the preservation of our planet. We will continue to raise awareness of nature and wildlife conservation among our students to create a better future for our planet together.
