Office Assistant - Secretary

What will you do:

  • Manage daily incoming and outgoing mail
  • Manage incoming phone calls, handling basic parent inquiries
  • Order office materials for school, and take care of the office materials when they arrive
  • Provide information for parents
  • Provide administrative support

What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum high school degree
  • 1+ years of work in similar positions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with other team members
  • Strong communication skills, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in English, minimum B2 level (oral and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
